The epsom salt in our soaks is known to be high in magnesium which is great for replenishing your bodies energy while helping to relax sore muscles. French grey salt is thought to promote rest-full sleep, and have a calming effect on the nervous system. Dead sea salt contains magnesium which is wonderful for hydrating skin by helping strengthen the bodies lipid barrier. Our bath soaks also contain powdered goat milk which can help to moisturize skin, and is also packed with nutrients such as lactic acid and vitamins A and D.
